Sophie supports Robin Jones and Nick Defty in the day-to-day management of the business. Sophie has a business degree in Economics and was previously head of operations at a New Zealand law firm. Having joined Bailey & Jones in 2023, she brings a fresh and pragmatic approach to the team.
