Named after the beautiful red brick arches present, this complete refurbishment included the demolition of the existing rear elevation, an excavation of 4 metres for a new basement, and the construction of a rear extension with new floors at all property levels.

This 9,000 sq ft family home located near Wimbledon Common was fully renovated and modernised. Set over 3 floors within the original envelope of an impressive early 1900’s period house, the work was carried out and designed to retain some of the original features of the property.
